“Nottinghamshire Police Utilize Drone Technology to Seize Quad Bike at Riverside Park, Newark”

A quad bike was seized by Nottinghamshire Police in Riverside Park today after it was ridden illegally. The police used their drone as part of Op Jericho to locate the vehicle’s exact location. “We would like to remind everyone that if you ride illegal off-road vehicles in Newark and surrounding areas, we will catch up with you soon,” said a spokesperson from Nottinghamshire Police. The police also thanked a member of the public who called to report the incident. Riding non-road legal off-road vehicles on public places such as Riverside Park is illegal and puts both the public and riders at risk.
